Products & pricing
Every item is printed on demand, so slight variation in color and placement between the preview and the finished product is normal. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Shipping & returns
Fulfillment, delivery estimates, and our return policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Faceless Nerd name, logo, designs, and site content are our property. Buying a product gives you the product — it does not grant any right to reproduce or resell the artwork.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you aren't authorized to reach.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and its products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Faceless Nerd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Faceless Nerd operates.
