What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
This policy explains what information The Faceless Nerd collects when you visit the site or place an order, and how that information is used. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and the items ordered. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, and — only if you have asked us to — send occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
To get a physical product to your door we share order details with the service providers who make that possible: Printify and its print partners for fulfillment, and Stripe for payment processing. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information for any other purpose.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies that are essential to running the store, such as keeping your cart. We may also use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics that measure overall traffic without identifying individual visitors.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. To make a request, email support@facelessnerd.com.
Children
The Faceless Nerd is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
