Shipping & Returns
How your order gets to you, and what to do if something's wrong.
Every Faceless Nerd item is made to order by US-based print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your product is produced after you buy it.
Production time
Because items are printed on demand, allow roughly 2–5 business days for production before an order ships. Production and shipping are separate steps — the estimate below is in addition to production time.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States and typically arrive 3–7 business days after they leave the print partner. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier or the holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking, where the carrier provides it.
Returns & replacements
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer preference (wrong size chosen, changed your mind). Please check sizing before ordering.
We will gladly replace or refund an item that arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Lost packages
If tracking shows a problem or your order doesn't arrive in a reasonable window, contact us and we'll work with the print partner to resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Start a return or report a problem
Email support@facelessnerd.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if the item is damaged). We'll reply with next steps.
