Items are printed after you order, which takes roughly 2–5 business days. Once it leaves the print partner it typically arrives 3–7 business days later. Both are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and holidays have opinions.

Within the United States. Every print partner we use is US-based, so nothing crosses an ocean to reach you.

Yes. When your order ships you get a confirmation email with tracking, where the carrier provides it.

Not yet — each design checks out straight from its product page. Multi-item carts will land if enough people ask for them.

Everything is made to order, so we can't take returns for preference — wrong size chosen, changed your mind.

If an item arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we replace or refund it. Email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Full details on Shipping & Returns.

If tracking shows a problem or nothing turns up in a reasonable window, email support@facelessnerd.com and we'll work it out with the print partner.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Independent US-based print partners, through Printify. We only list a design on a product that one of a short, curated list of US providers can make.

Made-to-order means no size swaps, so check the product details before you order. Unsure? Email support@facelessnerd.com first — it's faster than a return that can't happen.

Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted page. We never see or store your full card number.
